Toolstation Charlton

Very good service. Polite and helpful staff. Special ‘Big Thanks’ to Emmanuel and Leanne. I accidentally left my IPhone in this shop. Came back couple of hours later panicking, but Emmanuel and Leanne looked after my property and I have got it back.

We did a click and collect, upon arrival we were met with an absolutely miserable employee, when he reluctantly went and got our goods there was not a thank you (for our custom) from him!
We shop in the Toolstation elsewhere and never had an issue before with rude staff!!!

Beware if you order and pay in advance on line but find that when you go to collect that the item is not in stock they do not immediately give you a credit. I discovered if you then just don't collect they, by law, automatically refund your account.

Ziba and Lauren are simply amazing, they provide an outstanding customer service. They were patient with me and explained me the different types of nail guns and nail gun nails. I can't commend them enough.

I went into tool station to get a new shower but was unsure of the best one to get. Laura was very helpful and helped me choose the right one. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock at Charlton but will go Bach to buy it when it is in stock.

Giving one star for a rude employee at the click and collect counter. The employee firstly made a face when I told him I've come to collect my order. Later on he mentioned that I should not be touching the gloves on display for sale.

Click & Collect was easy, Turned up, straight to click & collect no problems & items lready. Items collected withing 5 minutes. Job done

Excellent service by the female sales person. Managed to get everything I needed and she gave great suggestions for the tools required for the job. Cheers Laura.
