Toolstation March

Great little Toolstation outlet. Quite hidden away, but worth seeking out, with lots of free parking spaces, easy to get a box-van in and out.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are very competitive.

Would like to leave some feedback to your march store. After having a right mare trying to find the correct door lock up and down daily today they have been more than helpful. Matty has helped previously along with a girl with dark blue/purple hair but shelley today has been absolutely amazing and wouldn't let me leave until she had exhausted all avenues of me getting the bits I needed. To which she did and I have now got the parts I needed. Thank you march store

Very helpful, Good price, great products

An excellent example of good customer service. Within one minute of placing my click and collect order I received a text advising it was ready for collection. When I went to collect there was a friendly welcome awaiting me and my order was handed to me. What more could I ask for. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Best customer service that I have ever received. Both Tom and Marie smiled and greeted me and my son as we walked through the door. They are friendly, cheerful and so helpful. We were served efficiently and left the store with a smile on our faces.

Another good buy at toolstation..thank you Neil and Tom for the recommendation. Takes out all the hassle of shopping when the sellers know their products. This worked a a treat. And with 3 long haired girls I know I'll he back for more ...

After renovations within our home, we have had to make quick trips to your March store. The staff are fantastic and always know what we need. I have even experienced a female member of staff being verbally abused by a customer due to a stock issue. This was dealt with professionally by the young lady serving who held her ground and explained the situation well. Neil, the manager is highly experienced within his role, and it is clear that he respects his staff and supports them how he should.
Well done all of you, you should be very proud of the customer service you provide!!
