Good Toolstation needs more interactive stock not just a box.
May be a better selling point

Ordered online. Website showed 10 items in stock. Came to shop to pick up only to find out that my order isn't in stock. Got the refund immediately but still I've wasted my time for nothing.

Great and helpful service

Great service and prices. This was my first visit to this particular store & it certainly won’t be my last! The young lady that served me Stacey was very helpful and informative. I will definitely revisit this store again!

Stacey is a fantastic manager and an amazing person! Her knowledge and customer service skills are fantastic! Read previous reviews and they have been marked down for customers wanting staff to have strong knowledge of how to do DIY etc, working for screwfix I know that stag are not allowed to give advice as customers will blame said staff if things go bang or don’t work out! Keep up the good work Stacey and team xx
