Toolstation Rubery

I wanted to ask a question and was waiting for the cashier to finish with the previous customer (who was getting advice). When it was my turn I was basically told he could sell me something but not could advice as the store was now closed, even though I've been waiting before closing time. At this point a second member of staff appeared to close the front door. Not helpful won't be using a again.

I’ve been using this Toolstation regularly for all my business supplies recently. The service I have received from this Toolstation has been exceptional, especially how far the staff are willing to go above and beyond, particularly Leon. He has particularly been helpful on a couple of my recent orders. All of the staff at the store are extremely friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Very quiet when i went so no waiting.

Poor experience! Best thing about the place is there is a screw fix right next door. Checked product was in stock and ordered to collect. " We don't have this in stock, try our other shop miles away". Screw fix is next door! Won't be using toolstation again!

My thanks always as I am not in a trade so my knowledge is limited and leaning on them for advice etc. is met with a sympathetic ear and great help.
Highly recommended even though ScrewFix is immediately next door I never go there. Good service and a good attitude is rare and valuable.
