Had our heating system checked and a part replaced on the boiler. Work etiquette was great and as a result payment was made promptly. But....

A few days later the water began going cold and have requested someone to revisit but have had zero follow up in a month.

We wanted to get our bathroom refurbished through Harrow glass but will now reconsider.

Great builders merchant in Harrow has everything you need with professional customer service and knowledge. Also very reasonable price than another big DIY stores, it has all you need. Highly recommended.

I'm all for supporting small shops but this one can be hard to defend. The staff can be a little rude and quite unhelpful. Prices are high, however they will cut you a bit of timber or whatever.

Great local old school DIY and builder's merchants. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pest control and glass-cutting. They also have a workshop which very helpful e contains a massive bench saw which I have had occasion to use

This place is an absolute Aladdins cave for any doing DIY. Friendly helpful and extremely professional staff. Nothing is a problem from cutting timber to size to offering advise on job. Support your local hardware store. First 20 mins. Parking free.
What's not to like.

Brilliant, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Their prices are good and reasonable for the excellent work they do together with their customer skills. Would highly recomend them to everyone. Try them, you won't be disappinted

Simple phone call to ask about their timber cutting service and the person who picked up was SO RUDE and literally made out as if I was stupid when trying to ask simple questions to know how much I needed to make a job easier or not. Would rather give my money elsewhere and pay for customer service as well even over the phone then give it to these people. So unnecessary.

I regularly go here to get items made-up. Anything from a shaped-shelf, cut to my specific template, a whole shelving unit, or just trimming 1mm off some wood. There's nothing too big or to small, and the pricing is always good.
