Absolutely wonderful, cheerful and helpful staff!
Sarah, Lynn and Mark greeted me upon my first ever visit with great service and such friendly smiles. They were helpful in finding me what I needed and offering great advice! Will definitely be a regular now over alternative stores :)

The service we received from Kevin at Toolstation in Bamber Bridge was friendly, efficient and well informed and he took the time to check that the product we were buying was appropriate for our needs. All in all a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Jeff (Geoff?) Has been incredibly helpful today. Spent about 20 minutes with me trying to figure out how to solve a problem that a cowboy plumber did for my newbuild. So helpful and so patient with me - I didn't feel like I was wasting his time. He also wasn't trying to rip me off too!
I got out there with a solution and that's all I wanted 🙌🏼

Went to buy a replacement shower head and the service I received from Lynn and another lad was first class. Very helpful and great customer service from both.

Small building, huge stock and if not in stock it can be same or next day so order online and pick up later.

Called on Saturday morning and was met with a friendly polite young lady who very helpful and fast with my order. She happily got a couple of items out for me to look at, before i made my purchase which was very helpful. Great customer services for a new member of staff

What lovely staff to greet me when I came to collect my click and collect order. And with no hesitation, the lovely man carried my boxed oil radiator heater, out to my car , so polite and helpful. He is a real asset to this company 👍.I would highly recommend using this branch , and also great value for money . Thank you
