I was there today looking for matching bricks. Very helpful staff ,Recommended .

Helpful staff that don't go into hiding when you're trying to load your van unlike the place next door!

Waiting for a long time to be served, often a shortage of materials, small items i.e. screws nails are very expensive.

Good service and advice given about products they supply

I have a laugh with the guys in the yard (Luke & Clayton mostly) but everyone's good here. You're limited by your purchasing overlords though, I would like to see a proper timber selection please. Do not forget your joinery roots! USP right there

Good service and actually stock individual items unlike the stores in Leicester. Good customer service staff who are happy to help as well. Will know where to go next time I need help.

The service I had from this branch was excellent. Thank you Stuart in Transport for your patience in the amount of times I contacted you about bricks and the amount of deliveries I had. I was only at home for one of the deliveries and the driver was helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you
