Excellent service. I was looking to buy a cordless drill. I forgot to take the name of the person but he was really helpful and let me try out the two models I was interested in. He also explained the technical difference between the two drills. I ended up buying the drill because of the service given which helped me decide which one.

I had a Brilliant experience her!!!! The staff were friendly and was able to find the bits and bobs I needed to fix my shelf. A young gentleman helped me with my purchase who I believed was called Ollie. Many thanks, would highly recommend

Absolutely dreadful store. I had gone to return my broken power tool which they refused to return another store up the road changed it for a new one straight away no problem. Terrible experience. Won’t be using tool station again.

This branch is really friendly. Especially the staff Bruno and Byron both of them are truly helpful with really amazing customer service. I have been here many time all with satisfied shopping experience. Highly recommend !!

My car broken down in tool station car park and parking restrictions were for 1 hour. Breakdown service gave ETA for 60 to 90 mins. Went in the store to ask for help and amazed with their service. Really helpful staff. Much appreciated.
