By far the friendliest and easiest building suppliers we have ever dealt with. There was no doubt in our minds that we would open an account after our very first dealings with them. Even if there's something they don't have at the time, they do their best to suggest alternatives, nothing is too much trouble and the prices are competitive at very least. They are accurate with their deliveries and the last time, the delivery guy brought the rather large and heavy material all the way down to our front door as opposed to leaving it on the driveway. Everyone we've dealt with there is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the lady who's responsible for the kitchen/bathroom design area really knows her stuff too. Very refreshing!!

Wouldn't bother asking about finishing plaster, asked to be put on a list for just 3-4 25kg bags of multi-finish, waited 6 weeks as advised, then rang up to check if it had arrived yet to be told that they have no record of my order....

Always polite and staff in the shop, office and yard extremely helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommended by us .

First ever order was late phone up for eta told will early afternoon so waited a further 2 hours no show ended getting delivery 3.30 cost me money and made me look stupid customer was asking questions will not use again

I spent 4 months trying to sort a roofing issue out and get the right dry verge tile. Shane at MKM sorted this out in less than 5 hours! Shane was super helpful and provided the best customer services I have had from building supplier. I was very lucky to find them!

Ashlea at MKM has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went into the store in a panic, 5 days before the plumber was meant to start work. Ashlea understood my vision, checked stock availability and sorted the order, in time for the renovatoto start. I had to change a unit which she sorted too, without questions. Their delivery is prompt too and it's not problem adjusting dates last minute. Everyone at MKM is super friendly and helpful. Ashlea and the team really understand the customer's needs and expectations. I couldn't have done this house renovation project without them. Thank you!
