Great alternative for Screwfix or BQ. Often I find here things that are not available at competitors and on better price

Want to give a massive shout out to Ian in the farnborough store who gave me excellent customer service. Was polite, listened to my request and then help me find the right product. Thanks Ian, will definitely be returning back to you soon.

Can't knock it. Except if you want something that looks like a good choice, but, it's only available for next day collection.

I guess, they can't stock/store everything on site.

Great place..quick and easy but avoid the Female store manager if she's having a bad day - which is most days.

Great prices, lots of things to chose from. Helpful staff.

Needed a specific screw for my classic car, Ian the very helpful man on the till was patient enough to look through the many screws in stock to get me the right one! Very happy with the service today.

All good, item I required was in stock and there was no queue, so nothing to complain about. Car park is a bit small, but not full when I visited. Courteous staff on the tills too.
