Eurocell Bridgwater

Eurocell Bridgwater have to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. They don't reply to emails and even when I have called in to the trade counter to chase my order their attitude to customer service is dismissive. I placed an order for a upvc panel, they took my money and said it would be a few weeks. I called this morning to chase the item having waited three weeks to be told that it will be 6 to 8 weeks. He insisted that he advised me of this crazy long delivery time..... he didn't. I would avoid this company if you have any expectations of good customer service or actually getting any products in a timely manner. Totally Rubbish Branch employees.

Hopeless. Apparently "in stock" really means probably out of stock with no idea when it might be ready to collect. By far the worst click collect service I have come across.

Helpful and honest IF you actually go into the shop.
