MKM Building Supplies Chelmsford

Placed an order 2 weeks in advance. They call me 2 days before the job to say the stock they had is broken and they can only give me a fraction of the slabs.
On the day, they send building sand instead of sharp and charged me for the full amount of slabs. Asked them to swap it, they come back at 1pm with more building sand.

Luckily client thought it was hilarious. Mkm's response was quite honest and I got the refund so gave them an extra gold star.

Completly useless dont ever ask for a dilevery of plumbing equipment as if they don't have the stock they wont tell you so ...
Waited all day for my delivery which never came i had to go back to the shop to find out what was happening with it which is when i was told they did not have the stock lost a days wage and could have got the equipment else where..
They dont even deserve 1 star..

Jus a thanks to Paul at MKM Chelmsford for dealing with Marleys delivery shortfall today. Professionally but forcefully dealt with the incompetent staff at AJW Distribution centre who refused to believe that their delivery had a shortfall and refused point blank to send out a replacement trim. Paul finally resolved the issue after a number of phone calls and i received the item this afternoon. cheers Paul.

Really helpful and friendly - I only needed a single roof tile not going to be their largest order of the day. They helpfully checked the yard but didn’t have it but identified the tile I needed by name and manufacturer and recommended other places to try - fantastic service
