My son sent me on a panic errand for a forgotten border trim. I took a while to find Eurocell. Disappointed on arrival they hadn't got item in stock. However nice man drew a map for me to get to Corby Eurocell. Very patient helpful n kind. There I met the man who had what I needed. He sorted me out n put item in car for me. Happy chatty polite staff who knew how to give customer service. Best outlet service I've EVER HAD. THANK YOU SO MUCH. DIZZIE OLD MOTHER ON A PANIC RUN. MADE MY DAY 👍👍💖💖

Sale staff lack experience and not very friendly, bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company.
