The only reason LBS Ystradgynlais is still going is due to lack of competition in the area. Shocking service, never call back after repeatedly being told you will get one, staff prefer to continue their private chats even though there are customers waiting and prices are sky high! Go to Lliw Building Supplies in Pontardawe.... they go the extra mile and prices are so much better! Give this company a wide berth..... a lot of local builders think so too!!!
