LBS Builders Merchants Port Talbot

Builders parked in a very narrow street!! When asked to move down a bit for me to pass to get my children to school on time i was given a full attitude shouted and swore at!! Very unprofessional what man abuses a woman in front of her children!! I would never recommend this company with men that speak to women like that!! I had 2 very scared children in my car!!! The company needs to look into who they employ!! Absolutly discusting behaviour and I'm looking to take this matter further!!

Excellent help and customer service. Chap in yard was great, showing us different slabs / chippings etc, and we ordered as they can deliver Monday. (This was in complete contrast to Talbot Block, just up the road who were the opposite).

Great service . I only wanted 1thing and they let me jump the que ..
Not like their llansmette depot. Only wanted 1 item and they said that I have to wait till 12 .. rung ahead and they failed to mention that it was Trade only ..

Customer service is appauling hear, even in uncertain times we live in at the moment, being exempt from wearing medical masks and carry exemption lanyard. Got spoken to and treated like a piece of dirt and told to wait outside like i was riddled with something. Absolutley disgusting behaviour towards not only a customer, but a human being.
