Eurocell Aberystwyth

I'd started using them for my glass suppling needs. My 1st order worked out well, good price and delivered on time as promised. Then my 2nd, 3rd and final order were all delivered a week late and they didn't have the courtesy to call and say they had screwed up. They left it until i turned up and acted dumb. Not much of an apology just shrugged it off and blamed their supplies. Overall very bad service. A wise man once told me, its not if you screw up its how you handle things when you screw up that matters because we are only human!!

Let down, lied to, we have been waiting over ten weeks for a front door. Quick to take your money upfront. Delivery date came and went without even a phone call to say it would not be delivered as promised. Second promised delivery date came and went. Staff in store and even Head Office can’t be bothered to help.

Everything was in stock and very helpful friendly staff
