Toolstation Cardiff Ipswich Road

Excellent fast service from the guys down on Ipswich Road, very friendly and full of great advice. Nice easy store to get too, i have been here twice and both times they have had my items in stock which was great and convenient. Much better than screwfix!

I am a disabled customer and the guys in this store are very helpful and have excellent customer service, always fully stocked for the products that i need or can order in for the next day, the guys there are very friendly. This is the store to go to, knock spots off Screwfix.

This Toolstation has to be the best in Cardiff. Sure the product line is the same as the others, and you can order online and collect wherever you want th we days. However, the staff at this branch are exceptional - their customer services is second to none.

Been there a few times to buy a range of different types of products like paint, Tile cutter, grout and adhesive wet dry Hoover drill bits I had banging barging for £20 2 tubes of 10L paint.

Brand new store, a lot closer than going over to the Ocean way or Llanishen stores for me in Old St Mellons. Great friendly professional staff quick and easy to order from. items ordered all in stock. Happy Days :)

Friendly staff, went the extra mile to get the items I wanted and to check them first before I purchased. No issue returning my online order I had ordered in error. Parking very limited and had an argument with some fool outside who had blocked my van in. No fault of the stores.

Great selection, well staffed so there's rarely a wait for collection. The staff have always been very friendly.

Popped in for some new thumbturn locks. The chap behind the counter was really nice and helpful. There is parking outside the store and an accessible entrance though the doors are not automatic.
