These guys are brilliant. Fixed a leaking pipe and lots of storm damage on my roof. Half the price of scaffolding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Martin replied promptly to my initial call and came to survey within the week. So refreshing as I live in Central London and often find I am chasing people, just to get a quote. I had a professional clear quote sent through promptly. I have a glass conservatory at the back of my 4 storey house that makes scaffolding for any maintenance very expensive. Martin's team working on their ropes came on time, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of every day. I was pleased to get someone to decorate and carry out minor bits of maintenance at the back of my house. Nothing was too much trouble . I would definitely recommend Martin and his team.

First time using LPA. From start to end they were professional, prompt with communication, extremely accommodating, tidy & offered continuous feedback during works.

I would’ve happily given 5*, however repair only recently carried out & area not within reach. So only time will indicate quality of repair. Although from what is visible their work appears to be of a very good standard. The guys showed competence & were knowledgeable.

This was an excellent experience. Martin responded promptly to my enquiry about reattaching a downpipe and immediately went into problem-solving mode, also trying to fit us in as soon as possible. The guys did a prompt and professional job and provided photos. When I had questions these were answered politely, honestly and with a focus on customer satisfaction. A pleasure to do business with Martin and his team- highly recommended.

We'd had very severe water damage in our kitchen due to cracks forming in the hopper and downpipe just outside where we are on the 3rd floor. 2 very experienced abseilers/plumbers were provided to diagnose and rectify the problem. It was pricey but we have a 12 month guarantee and it was so much cheaper than using scaffolding.
