Extremely kind, understanding and helpful staff

Small branch, friendly staff but didn't solve a problem for me. Great for the basics like paying in.

I don't visit the branch as much but when ever I do the staff are polite and friendly.Good customer service

Spoke to Vikki on the phone she was incredibly helpful. Ended up passing by the branch with further questions and spoke to her and colleague Freeda (?) who appeared to be training but was also great help.

Admittedly I don't visit the branch frequently, however, I'm very annoyed that I didn't receive any advance warning of it being closed for refurbishment, particularly with it being closed for at least two months. My bank accounts are based at this branch, so an alert, say via the app, my email address etc. Would have been appreciated.

What opportunity have people who work later than 3pm got of going into branch? Accrington closes at 2pm. Weekends branches are closed.
