A small but very friendly branch where nothing is ever too much and a smile is always on hand. Couldn't ask for more.

Although a very small branch you must expect to queue at busy times, my advice would be to avoid those times. The staff are always extremely helpful. I personally have a disability and they go out of their way to assist me. I would not think of going elsewhere.

The store is small with long ques at peaks times (between 1 and 2pm) however, the savings accounts provided by Nationwide are the best about and it beats those banks who have no branches. Lovely stuff

The opening hours are 9-3. Even before COVID were 9-4. And you are not open weekends. You also refuse to let anyone who isn’t a nationwide member deposit any money on behalf of someone who is.
How do you expect a working class person to ever deposit any money then? My mrs cannot as she was turned away after Queing for 45 minutes. Very unhelpful and after 11 years of banking with Nationwide this stores unhelpfulness has forced my decision to switch banks. Poor and impractical display of service Nationwide
