Arianna and the other Pakistani cashier are always helpful. They know how to have a proper conversation with their customer's. Arianna who just recently got married many many Congratulations to her. She's always smiling starts a conversation and makes the day go alot quicker. Fantastic smile lovely eye contact and very well spoken 👏 and the very same for the other cashier's working there. A big massive huge Congratulations to the lot of them

Terrible customer service by one of the staff made me wait to login computer only to check OneNote then asking me do I have an account with them wasting my time blonde East European lady

They are very rude with customers , treating people with racism and don’t care for your experience with them . The worst bank I have ever been to .

I have been a client of this branch for almost one year and let me tell you that the staff is truly amazing when dealing with different clients and inquiries. Smiling faces will welcome you in and out when you leave. Top costumer service in my opinion.

Very unhelpful employee. She said her name was Sam. She was telling every client to help himself online and she was pretending that she is busy with nothing. I wanted to open a bank account but definitely this person stopped me and I will use another bank.
Advice: many people can't manage online, there are many foreigners living in Walthamatow, not everyone has computer or is able to manage on his own, that's why we go to the brunch to receive a face to face advice and speak to real person who could help.
