Want to thank the lovely gentleman that was assisting the door this morning, I took my 93 year old grandad who is unsteady on his feet , who had't been out the house for 2r weeks. We had to queue outside as there was already 5 people in the bank, so the kind gentleman got my grandad a chair! And then moved it in the bank once my grandad was inside! I we really appreciated his kind gesture and it was nice having such kind and helpful staff, made my grandads experience alit better so thank you.

Had a great experience today at Nationwide, the staff made me feel very safe and the man on the door was really helpful when I wanted to deposit a cheque, as I hadn’t done this at Nationwide before. I didn’t get his name but wanted to give him some recognition because he did his job so well. He was on the door at about 10.50 today (10/09)

so good happy and friendly place

Air conditioning on which makes it lovely to go in. Staff always friendly and helpful. In and out of there quickly, even when there is a queue.

Had to make an appointment to do some investing in bonds but all went well.8
