After having one of the worst experiences ever with the Streatham branch, I am more than pleased to say that Nationwide Balham, in special its manager Kojo, managed to revert my awful first impression. The staff from the Balham branch delivers high standards of customer service, are polite and very efficient. I highly recommend them and I am extremely happy with the services provided.
