Best customer service got my current account and saving account opened in same day without any problems and person who was working at that time was Kiran he was really helpful for me when I asked him for help about understanding the different accounts

I have been with nationwide for over 15 years today, and I have found hounslow staff to be very rude and lazy. They have very poor customer service and always grumpy and trying to look for excuses to keep customers away. They run this bank like a street grocery store.
It's pathetic
I have used different nationwide banks around UK, and I find Hounslow specifically to be out of order in terms of service. A bank you visit just because you don't have otherwise. It were better for one to travel out of Hounslow for better services.
By the way this my first time to review a bank, because I am so disgusted by the staff of this branch.

I have been with Nationwide Buildings Society for almost 10 years. Great bank. Very friendly and courteous staff.

The machine are my £50 and didn’t give it back. I am NOT pleased.

Very good service the only que ive seen is during pandemic lockdowns they use all 3 counters so they keep the fast flow..i can be out in 10 mins my dad uses the halifax and he ques for 45 to over an hour they one and maybe 2 on the counter if they have a large que and they dont pur 3rd counter on unless the que is out the door have staff not on the counter walking about hes 78 years old he needs to come to nationwide

We were served by Annette yesterday and wow can I say what amazing customer service. The most professional and helpful individual. A massive credit to nationwide! Also to mention Ali too!
