Went to the bank because my card got stuck in the machine. Its my new card no question of ATM taking my card. Went to bank to ask them they said the woman at the counter was terribly unfrofessional. Instead of reassuring me because i want my card to travel. All she said order a new card. Thats not how bankers assure their customers.

Worst bank branch ever. It's like the staff here have just given up. The customer service in this branch leaves an awful lot to be desired. Avoid at all cost!

They care about people and are ready to help at all times by phone or in person.

Open times are trashhh, what about us who work !!!
