The best place to put your money in my opinion. This branch has some very friendly staff and is bright and welcoming. It's a bit small and usually quite busy, but not too hard to get an appointment.

Stay away form these arrogant and absolutely useless bunch of unprofessional people. We have called and called (more than 10 times) ans everytime received a different answer from every-one we spoke to! Absolutely no responsibility or accountability from anyone in the organization. It seems it is impossible to speak to a mortgage advisor or personal banking exec in the organization. You go to their branch and they say you have to get an appointment. How does one get an appointment when everyone who answers the phone passes the buck! Seems like it is a bunch of individual clowns sitting in a building calling themselves a common name!

This branch is shocking. We have closed all of our Nationwide accounts because of them, having banked there for decades. They are rude and incompetent and take 'jobsworth' to a new level.

All they bang on about is use internet or do it online. The cash machine is invariably out of order.
All these bank staff think they are above us ,the customers .
As for the fat cat bosses raking in bonuses.
Without us they are nothing

This bank has no management and each of the employees has their own rules. My friends and I live in a hotel
we needed a bank account, but the employees of this bank open accounts for some people and not for others.
They are different. This is if other banks open accounts without any problems. I am sorry for the poor management of this branch and the two female employees who bothered me and my friends a lot for no reason.

My experience was so different! Called in as part of an account opening and had to wait a few minutes but that was OK. While waiting we watched closely having seen the bad reviews online, but we thought they were amazing, taking real care of two pairs of elderly clients. They were also very caring with us too. We were really impressed

It doesn’t even deserve a star. The worst branch I’ve ever visited. The lady Dhamayanthy Samra extremely unprofessional and rude, not even ready to listen to the requests of a customer. Thinks she is above the customers. Disappointed and will never visit this branch. Even thinking of closing my accounts with Nationwide.
