Absolutely useless. So far I've been told 4 different excuses for why it takes TWO WEEKS OR MORE to open a savings account here. Nobody bothered to tell me this originally. Wrong information, No information, Excuses.

Use this branch regularly, recently it is only open half the time, most of the staff are slow to do anything, or say they can't help and make you wait for the one person actually serving, whilst they stand there, staring into space! Used to be much better. Very inconvenient when you go there, find parking, walk to the branch to find a stupid note on the door saying it is closed due to lack of staff....very poor. Get this issue addressed asap.

A nice branch and I wouldn't want it to close down, BUT lately it's closed more time s than it's open recently. Should be open today but it's not
