A nice little friendly branch. Banked with them since I was a child. Never really had to do anything more complicated than pay in and take out of a current account as of yet. However, I have never had problems with ever doing this and any queries have always been answered well. Its on the small side but it serves its purpose

Difficult to speak to anyone. Held on telephone yesterday for 45 minutes then closed down at 4, left me frustrated. Better service and very helpful today

Disgracefully poor customer service. Attempted to report the death of an account holder and the two people I spoke to could not have been more unhelpful, dismissive or rude if they had tried. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat any customer, let alone an 85 year old widow at such a stressful time.

Helped me when I had an issue , let me use their phones.

Visited last week to make an enquiry about an online application for a credit card. There were a number of points online I needed clarification on. The woman I asked couldn't be bothered and didn't want to know. She said its because I had opted out of marketing. What a load of rubbish she spouted. Absolutely clueless and has obviously never filled in an online application for a credit card. Very poor customer service. This woman requires further training. The Lichfield Branch is so friendly and helpful. Don't bother using the Cannock Branch.

Tried to open an account for my granddaughter told don't have any children account? I bank with nationwide have accounts for my grandkids

Have a very nice and polite full experience today at the Cannock branch. They helped with my enquiry and they were very polite and friendly. Can't remember there names but was a lady on the front door and another lady called Rachel I believe good job guys 👍

Not very helpfull staff can be quite rude. at times if cannot work with public seek another.job but that's my opinion
