In KILBURN HIGH ROAD When the manager is not there the this PLACE is in a mess. The manager is very good but when he is not there the place is in a mess.
Waiting in queue
Seeing and hearing one man who's is a member of staff member shouting at a vulnerable elderly citizens is clearly unacceptable and in-fact cruel.

Standing in the queue I was extremely disappointed to see this happening in kilburn branch .People in the queue requesting to see the manager on behalf of the elderly man led to the man saying the manager was not available. This also led to the a longer wait as everyone waited to see there other cashiers.

Terrible service. Leaving Nationwide. Came here 3 weeks ago and a lovely cashier helped us deposit cash. Complete opposite today with a rude cashier who was completely unhelpful and kept referring us to the machine. Machines are awful and taking ages to process. Waste of my time

you have to wait up to 45 minutes to be serviced.

Went here on Saturday at 11:45am and was turned away. It says it closed at 12 but yet I was rudely turned away. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Not enough staff.. long waiting time always

Would recommend visiting another branch if you need to do anything more than a simple transaction like taking out or depositing money.

Might have been bad luck with the cashier but I had to wait in line for 15 mins only to be told by a cashier you had to phone.

If I could have done it online or over the phone I would have done!!

Now my local branch. Don’t need to go often but helpful when I have been. Due to location often filled with customers needing fairly detailed help which can mean long wait times.

Worse Bank ever! Staff not helpful at all, laughing and chatting between them and long queue never ending! Totally disappointed.
