Good customer service

Everytime I go the nationwide in wigston I feel so welcome, the staff are all so friendly

I was having an issue one day (I won't go into details), and thought to inquire with the staff inside about it, and an Asian lady served me. I thought she would be nice as she smiled at me and proceeded to talk but when I didn't understand something she said to me and asked her if she could explain it to me again, she started being very rude and raised her voice condescendingly at me and I was embarrassed because the man in the queue behind me was looking wide eyed too. I said thank you and walked out, ashamed, but last time I checked, customer service shouldn't be this impolite. Consider me not using this branch again. I sometimes have difficulties understanding things cognitively due to a disease I've sustained that affected my brain. I'm not dumb and I don't deserve to be shouted at. I've been terribly upset about this for a week and decided to finally write up about it rather than let it go as a 'one off' event that occurred because you need feedback to train staff to behave kindly to other fellow human beings. Thank you.

Been using this branch for as long as I can remember, always great customer service and made to feel welcome. Its equally as great that some of the staff have been here for as long as I can remember so you have that personal touch to the service
