Used this company to travel to a festival, journey there was fine, we had a speaker and were a bit loud admittedly but nothing that wasn't expected when they agreed to take us to a festival. Mid way through the festival we received a text saying the coach would not return to pick us up and that we were stranded in Kent. They had taken all of the stuff that was left on the coach and said we could pick it up from their office in south London. When collecting all our stuff we realised all of our money had been taken as well as items of clothing. Absolutely disgusting treatment from a company, do not use

Absolutely rubbish service.everyone in that earlsfield depot are soooooo rude.they seem very unapproachable.im surprised this business has lasted this long? I can see that the turnover of staff is ridiculous,hardly any driver left,with the attitude I’m not surprised ,bunch or rude nasty rasist set of brothers run the place ....avoid like a the plague
