Driver was before time and rushing towards the route,when we arrive by the bus and about to enter the open door, driver closed the door which causes major injuries to my wife's head and she fell down, driver was not even apologetic, he said take the number of the bus and report, I felt sorry for all the people using first in our area, highly umfrofessional service.

This has to be the most expensive bus service Berkshire. A return ticket from slough to Windsor is £5 while other services I.e Thames valley buses charge £4 and £3 return on the train?
Slough to wexam hospital return is £5.50 from slough while buses on the same route char£3.80???

its my only option from slough to uxbridge. I have to back and forth everyday and let me tell you this bus service sucks. Busses are never i repeat NEVER EVER on time. It's always about half an hour late or sometimes it breaks down. Please avoid at all costs.

7 number bus poor time management. Never as per the time mentiones on time table and have to wait almost 45mins minimum for next bus.
Customerservice number also no response.

The 8 8a from Heathrow to Slough does not tell you that they do not stop at the Parish Church in windsor when it's the Changing of the Guard. The bus drivers don't tell you they just go a different route. There is no sign on the bus to advise you. Everyday in June this will happen. Phoned to ask why no advise, no answer. One elderly lady had to get off the bottom of town, not knowing where she was, she was supposed to be meeting family at the Guild Hall. Not a great service especially to vulnerable people.

This ( the 7 from heathrow to britwell) is the worst bus service ive ever known in all my life. I waited so long and i was in a rough neighboirhood i thought any minute now im gonna get robbed. Then 3 buses came behind each other. Its too expensive to have such poor service. Now im gonna be late getting home after work and i cant make dinner ..just sleep. I hate this bus. Sack the managemet!!!

Was waiting for the x74 bus from Wycombe to slough and the bus was meant to left the bus station at 9.50, I was 3 stops after that and it was 10 no bus 10.20 no bus. I then saw the other bus on the other side of the rode. When that bus came to my stop 30 minutes later I put my hand out to stop stop the bus and the bus driver carried on driving. So you had to waste £10 pounds getting a different bus to get to my location to get on time and yet I still have to pay 8 pounds just to get home ( one way) what a waste of money. Sort yours stufff out.

Arrived at this place to carry out the regular services we provide for them, and the staff on site are absolute Legends..
