A huge credit to the driver of the no.54 leaving Swansea at 12pm today, I didn’t get his name but after being harassed and receiving unwanted attention a few times from a drunk man on the bus this driver didn’t hesitate to pull over and ask the man to leave the bus or he would call the police, after some argument the drunk man got off the bus leaving me and everyone else relieved. My teenage son was with me and it was not something I wanted him to witness but thankfully the driver was not going to stand for this behaviour to continue to happen. I thanked the driver when I got off but I wanted to put this on here as an extra big ‘thank you’ to him, I hope the company gives him the credit he deserves.

I had to phone South Wales Transport yesterday to ask them to give a positive recognition to one of their drivers. A driver who went that extra mile to help a passenger. The passenger in question was choking unable to take in air and was visibly terrified and in great distress. Passengers looked on in panic and horror it seemed like there was only one way this would end... badly. However the driver pulled the bus over to the side of the Cimla road and went to give that woman help. He did this by performing the heimlich manoeuvre which helped to clear her airways. The drivers name is Nigel Owen a real attribute to South Wales Transport! ! The woman who could have quite simply died this day was Amanda Davies. That woman was me and I will be eternally grateful for his quick thinking of the situation. I thank you Nigel Owen from the bottom of my heart and I will never forget what you did for me yesterday. You are one of a kind and I hope you get the recognition you so obviously deserve my friend from your employers South Wales transport. Thank you x

So grateful to this bus company.... after my son left his bag on one of your buses after a trip to school swimming lessons, the bag was returned to the school the day later. Thank you so much. Highly appreciated

I don't think you really want what I have to say plastered all over the internet. That's why I originally left this blank. I very rarely give ratings or reviews, but when I do, either good or bad, it's for good reason. Frankly, I'd give you zero stars if I could. Not impressed with your outfit at all.

Shocking, X6 at 20.25 from Swansea high st station didn't appear yet again. Use public transport they said.!!!!

The drivers clearly think it’s ok to swear at people when they have children in the car

-rep, showed up 40 minutes late and played annoying music the whole journey

Clive was great. Airport transfers from Cardiff to London for our ski trip. Reliable and punctual service. Will be using again.
