Been waiting for the X4 to Abergavenny since 1.20pm,it due was due at 1.27 according to the timetable, according to the next driver it left 5mins earlier,so I sat another hour and half(now 3.06) no sign of the next bus and no one answering the Merthyr depot for info-DISGUSTED!!!

Stage coach is in my opinion the worst bus company on the planet there’s been several occasions where I’ve had to wait 10, 15, 20 or even 30 minutes for a my bus, when busses are supposed to arrive on the schedule e.g. 1:43 but it’s now 14:00 it’s absolutely appalling. The service can sometimes be good but most of the time it’s terrible and with inflation going up it gets worse the fact that us students have to pay £2.50 for the bus is disgusting it infuriates me. I’m a college student I should be given student discount but instead they offer £75 bus passes for one year which is ridiculous for students. I’m often having to walk home because my buss never shows up or is late on schedule and this is a common theme. If you can avoid the stagecoaches busses then I highly suggest you do. If I could some up my experience with stage coach in just a one word it would be frustrating. Overall appalling service.

Charging my son full price fair when he got a my travel pass to get cheaper fare and the driver on the 78 bus the 5.40pm bus from merthyr to brynmawr was very rude

Number 25 bus from Merthyr Tydfil Bus Station to Trefechan at 11.50 - Service cancelled . Had to wait till 12.50 for the next scheduled bus . Despicably poor poor service . Tried to get answers from staff at Station - no-one interested to try and give answers . Spoke with Dawn Bowden's Staff who will escalate this matter . Stagecoach have abandoned us from 1/2 hourly service to hourly service - Then let us down again . Stagecoach cannot be relied upon to provide a Service that can be relied upon .

Been waiting for a bus from Bargoed to Merthyr Tydfil for 1 hour and half 4 buses went down to Bargoed and not one bus came back up then found out that basically the service from Bargoed to Merthyr was cancelled from 12.30 to midnight. This is an absolute sham how hard is it to drive a bus I mean seriously and thank you to all the people who voted for brexit and thank you to the CEO of Stagecoach for not finding proper solutions.

Called stagecoach Bus depot to complain about service and as usual they are great at taking details and not resolving any issues or problems, still waiting for their response hahaha what a joke of a company. I would have given no stars but you can't?????.

Took the 8.45 pm bus to bargoed from merthyr and the driver wasn’t very nice give a £5.00 note as i had no chance and he literally threw the change back at me on to the change place on the door of his cab what attitude to have had to catch bus to work some people ah
