Yesterday I bought a thermometer and was charged £49.99 and a pack of piriton 30 tablets at £10. Once outside the shop I saw the price label was £29.99 for the thermometer I challenge the £20 increase in price and was told that's what they buy them in for, a more senior staff member then intervened and said the manufacturers are charging more and difficult to get even though there was plenty in the display cabinet. Both these items are available online and are £30 I was charged £60. It's clearly profiteering during this pandemic it's disgusting and shame on you for taking advantage of people.

The staff at Bansals go out of their way to serve you. I’ve just returned a call to their Thorpe Bay Branch and because my script is only available in a smaller quantity, they first checked with me if it’ll be all right to send me double the amount - and best of all, they then offered to have it delivered free of charge.

In a panic to find out whether my daughter could receive another vaccination immediately after being administered with a BCG, Manvir took the time to confirm his understanding and explain the guidance to me over the phone, even though I wasn't an existing/paying customer. His expertise will now ensure that my daughter will be suitably protected for our travels!

We needed test to fly PCR tests done same day. Phoned 9:00, advised that we needed it done by 10:00, results back at 17:00. Excellent service with lovely staff. As a comparison, we paid for postal PCR from a separate company, followed all advised timelines. Still waiting on a result which we need for early flight tomorrow. Save yourself the stress and use Bansals!

We have our prescriptions delivered and it's a great service. In-store, the staff are always very helpful.

Staff need to be trained properly in how to access the NHS Spine to look for a prescription. Currently it's a foreign concept.
Pharmacist needs to grow a pair.
