Blueline Coach and Taxi Hire Liverpool

Ordered a taxi for a long distance trip over Christmas. Driver was fantastic, service was excellent and value for money was unbeatable. I can highly recommend blue line

BEWARE!! I ordered a cab to pick me up from
Station and driver rang me 1 minute early he was really angry and demanding to know where I was as he had been there ten minutes ( his fault not mine )! I explained I would be there in 2 minutes and I had booked the cab for specific time as I had an important appointment booked Driver drove off before I arrived! I rang Blueline they spoke to him and he said he had booked me another cab.. this did not arrive either! I went to taxi office in Maghull and again there was met with confrontation! I rang complaints and the lady I spoke to was lovely and had spoken to her manager and confirmed they had received complaints about the original driver before , I was informed that they would remove the angry driver from
My address . I rang to book a taxi today and and I had been removed from their taxi list and I could not book any further taxis !!!! Keep away use Delta is my advice !

Always use Blueline, never let me down, Clean cars polite and helpful drivers and do a lot for the community. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Poor, poor service, having given this company several times to do the right job and repeatedly being let down I have no choice to share my bad experience. I pre booked a 🚕 for work commitments and for benefit of doubt- I’ve given them an extra 15 minutes. Yet, again after calling them to see where my pre booked taxi 🚕 is poor service and advised NO CHANCE my pre booked taxi was ever going to arrive for the time I pre booked, even tho I gave a comfortable 15 minutes Grace. Poor service, no empathy when explaining this is for work, Dissatisfied and disappointed. Why accept the booking of no intention of delivery.

Used to think this was the best company aboot. Bit tje last few weeks have really changed my mind. From my 12 year old son having to wait in the rain for almost an hour to pr bookin for work an still no response. Defo need tae change ma taxi company

When booking for 5am pickup to meet holiday coach in Liverpool Town centre 2 days later, assured cabs available locally at that hour with call from driver before pickup. At 4.55am became concerned and rang office to be informed no cabs available they are all at airport (what) Couldn't believe not informed earlier. Wish I'd read reviews before booking. RUBBISH COMPANY
