Terrible service. Well over 70% of the buses are late or don't turn up at all. Don't know how they keep the contract for the Lincoln to Boston service. Rude, unhelpful drivers. No discount tickets available. They basically know if you haven't got your own transport, they've got you, and you have to travel with them. Worst public transport service I've ever known.

I spent a few months living in Boston late last year and used this service a every day and the drivers and staff were always really helpful. In my experience buses only run late in Boston because there is an problem with the way the roads run around the town and often the town in in total gridlock so how can you run buses to the timetable when things like this are out of your control. I wanted to give the company a lot of praise for their work as its very easy to complain on here when something goes wrong but when it is good do we take 5 minutes to ever give praise and positive feedback?

If I could rate zero stars I would. Absolute joke of a bus company. Always late, sometimes never turning up at all and bus drivers who are rude. And to take the mick even more, they still put their ticket prices up despite all of this. Customer service people on the phone couldn’t give a toss when you complain either. Boston needs a new bus operator because these take the p*ss. Sort yourselves out.

Bad mannered driver bad driving by one of the drivers nearly took my partner out of her wheelchair plus driver got off the bus 4 or 5 times to smoke his vape plus he had to fill the water tank up with 500ml of bottled water bus was whistling and knocking from the engine and going around the corners to quick making the wheelchair lift from side to side 18233 the bus number plate is lx04fxz route was b7 time was 12:30 on the 10/10/22 from skegness to pilgrims hospital then left at 2:20pm made us walk from morrisons told us it was the last stop I skegness never said it in a polite manner it said the last bus is 5pm but the driver said the last bus was 2:20pm the drivers number was 267

Awful company. Felt the need to challenge me for my age when I asked for a Childs ticket. The driver came across extremely rude. Would not recommend this company at all.

I was on a bus home from school and my bus driver hit a child on the road... It took him about 3-4 minutes to call the police/ambulance and looked as if he was more scared if loosing a license than for the kids life. Not the greatest experience.

I usually arrive at school later and since Im a student with busy life, I need the extra minutes before school to finish homework and ect. My bus takes long to get to my stop and more than once I was home extremely late because of the poor timing.

Not to mention how rude the drivers are, I'd be sat in my seat and sometimes hear the bus driver yelling at some poor person who's mask just ripped. Bus drivers hold no responsibility over their actions.

I get the A6 every day. I dont ever have a problem with the bus drivers,the bus is usually 5-10 minutes late but where i live theres always tractors so its not an issue,the bus drivers are always polite and helpful! Why is it so easy for people to point out the wrongs and not praise for the good service they offer? One thing i would say is that there could be a few more buses during the day but recently theres a shortage of drivers so it cannot be helped :)

Been thinking how to describe this company job...Today 2.12.2021 I was waiting 50 MINUTES on Kingsway bus stop and no bus been came. I came on time, at 14.13 for it5, but bus didn't came, so I decided to wait for it6 which should be come on 14.36,but bus didn't show up. What can I say...
