Terrible customer service from the owner. The bus was hired to take young children to folly farm. They sent the wrong bus and we couldn't attach car seats securely. When ringing I was told it was my fault and I had not asked for 3 point seat belts, which I knew I had asked as that was my 1st priority. On the way there it was raining and the windscreen wiper fell from the window and was dangling from the bus. The driver had to pull over and remove it. I also believe the brakes were faulty and everytime the driver used the brakes a burning smell would come through the bus.
When we returned and I contacted the owner of the company he couldn't be bothered to hear me out and was very rude. Saying 'It got you there and back didn't it' and when querying the smell on the brakes he said he fixed them HIMSELF the day before!! I hope he's a qualified machanic as I had children on that bus.
I will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend his company to anybody!!

They didn't send the correct bus as requested to transport young children in car seats. Windscreen wiper broke off on the way there and the brakes smelt as if they were burning. Rang to complain and the manager / owner didn't care awful customer service. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!! Avoid at all costs.

I would give zero stars if I could. Bus of very poor quality, unprofessional and unreliable service. The customer service was disgusting. I will never use this company again!!!

This bus service turns up when and if the current driver can be bothered having said that there have been some very reliable drivers but not recently

The drivers in trecynon are terrible, speed around corners in a bus mun, almost took myself out, then proceeded to make stupid faces as they mounted the crub and drove off, I believe they might be under the influence of something. Council has been informed with dash Cam footage
