Its been recently renovated so an improvement over previous visits. No longer a dry and dreary place.. looks vibrant now.

Cleaning person has worked well so clean But irregular due to stock and non payment of correct wages (CAMBERWELL SITE)
Property is NOT SECURE as OUTSIDE Doors are UNSECURED so person off the streets use the stairs and hallway as Toilets and other purposes !!!
MOST internal doors are on CATCH or WEDGED OPEN No Cleaning at WEEKEND so stinks
ALSO BEWARE MICE/ RATS / COCKROACHES

Good location. Study here and the place could be better with more cleaning.

After a brief less than 3 month stay in a unit at the centre, we were made to wait 2 1/2 months for the return of our rent deposit (over £2,000) Only to be deducted for floor cleaning. There excuse was it took that long to arrange to have a floor cleaned. The floor in question was NOT clean when we took possession of the unit. Beware of the contract. An addition £144 was charged on our exit to forward mail that was never received at the address. We had no recourse because the contract states Biz Centre can charge it. Customer service was insulting. The local manger is inept and the district manager a wordsmith that would not reply to a direct question. Buyer beware!!
