plenty of parking for all and visitors, lovely well presented office spaces, large and small, slightly overpriced in my opinion, shared kitchen and toilets, not enough for so many rooms, needs more toilets.

Having worked with Basepoint from our first event in 2015 and through to our latest event on March 5th 2020. The whole team of Basepoint have been superb business partners. Great staff and wonderful co-working spaces.

Went for meeting and had to pay for parking now and then 2 weeks later had yo argue and prove I had paid as apprently the car park firm had tech glitch and tried demanding £100 for not paying.
Noy as good as it used to be here and will reconsider booking again here.

I visit a company based here. Parking charges have been introduced and its very frustrating.

AVOID! DO NOT ENTER AN AGREEMENT HERE. Hike fees up by 45%, despite office next door being available for LESS THAN ORIGINAL FEE, only to (after a few weeks consideration) agree that is ludicrous, reduce it, but add late charges for the originally proposed increase not being paid - then add late charges to the late charges before agreeing to cancel the first late charge, but insisting on payment for the new late charge 'because you don't pay by card'.

Wasted inordinate amount of time (this started in APRIL, now OCTOBER), now looking for alternate premises at massive inconvenience/upheaval/cost - the whole building is empty and to no surprise. Basepoint used to be lovely charming welcoming environment which helped and supported small business to grow and flourish but since being bought out by IWG/Regus YOU SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE!

Great meeting rooms, well equipped. Lovely friendly staff.

WiFi not working on macs. There around 45mins trying to resolve including wired networking. For a 4 hour remote office booking. Ended up leaving as had to work and management are refusing to refund my payment.

Do not go near this business if you need any kind of standard of service.
