Sanderson Business Centre

I work here and I have had lots of family work here in the past, even if they are not my actually family who work here at the moment everyone feels like they are. Very friendly and homely atmosphere - I am in my career element!

The worse experience ever for a new business - i would avoid at all costs! They will lie to you to get you in and fill the empty space they have within the centre - lies such as:-

1. 'its ok to put members of the public into the service lift to access your unit.
2. We are a secure building despite the fact that the window on ground floor are all rusted over and will not shut.
3. We are fire conscious and take fire safety very seriously despite broken fire doors, broken fire escapes, out of date fire extinguishers and broken non working emergency lighting.
4. We are a clean environment however rubbish spewed everywhere, dumped vehicles and a security gate that does not work.

I could go on but feel everyone is now getting the picture! I would be very happy to advise any new business considering using this centre to avoid.

All the above was raised by formal complaint to the centre however they chose to ignore all these above concerns. We have now raised this with the local HSE advisor and GBC environmental team.

I am utterly appalled how System Solid the owners have handled our concerns - there will be a serious accident here one day! Avoid avoid avoid!

I can only speak as to the gym here which is a great place to come I genuinely wouldn't go to another gym now after finding this place such a great environment and such a supportive team from the staff to the members

We visited an independent craftsman. The facilities appeared to be good. It was well worth a visit.

Got three units in there. Easy access and big enough for most companies needs

Best storage facility in Gosport. Simples.

Some good small business, good storage place ,hand car wash that do a good job plus car repair places and many more

Good place to go if you have to use Storage facilities Very good price
