AVOID RENTING A UNIT HERE AND BANK STUDIOS.
Do not trust Johnny Huxely who is the person in charge of the building and not the owner. He showed us round, and told us a bunch of lies about what is included in the rent. Unfortunately we were in a rush and didn't read the lease with a fine tooth comb. But there are loads of hidden charges he didn't mention or specifically said were included when they weren't.

He has subcontracted the management to a company called MAPP, whos accounting team are absolutely useless.
The building manager Emie is lovely and really helpful, unfortunately she gets a lot of stick due to bad management of Mapp and the lies that Johnny Huxely tells people. I really do feel sorry for her but she is great at what she does.

Business building. Looking good.

The office space looks good and there are more than 5 sockets. It could be used as recruitment agency or similar.

Roads are very small bad for delivery's of large truck's

Parking is an issue not much space
