Poor senior management- from customer services manager and then MD. Fobbed off and then ignored. I ordered a door system. £850. The wrong system was boxed by their supplier. This error was not accepted by them for 2 weeks by such time i had lost 3 days of project, and incurred £450 in carpentry costs. They would not make compensation, or their MD return my calls calls. Outstanding debt awaits settlement by them.

I feel today I must share my experience after fitting my new swing out kitchen bin. after nearly 15 years of use the peg that pulls out the bin had finally worn away
On purchasing a new one from Screwfix I found not a plastic one as before but a modified metal one.
Coming from an engineering background what a fantastic thing to maximise the life of a product to that degree. whoever decided to implement
That needs promotion.

Apply for a job and they can't be bothered to reply to tell you if you have been successful or not.

Sinks are awful quality, and also they don’t know how to pack the right sized parts for their own sink.

Excellent customer/sales service. Badly let down by couriers who have no respect for the goods they are delivering. Sent back for replacement. What a waste of time and money. Cost me two men x one days work. Cannot complain about Hafele staff who were very apologetic.

Customer service awful I have had problems with 2 kitchen products and despite being polite and trying to advise them of the ongoing problem I have to say there attitude to both myself and the retailer was shocking.
They were sending magic corners out with left hand brackets instead of right hand.
3 further replacements arrived all the same.
Staff are rude and very unhelpful.

Tried calling them and honestly it's a bunch if grumpy women who couldn't actually be bothered to help. Rude and generally unpleasant. Hopefully won't become another misindrist company that only recruit women.
