This is one of the best guest houses we have used. We felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. RSPB Leighton Moss is only a short drive, so we shall be back for sure.

Christine and Paul run this lovely B&B, made us feel very welcomed. The room was great, to a very good standard, excellent shower and bed. Wi-Fi is available and a very good Pub is just 2 min. walk away. Absolutely recommend.

This is a lovely B&B the owner's are very nice and friendly and welcoming the breakfast is out of this world it set's you up for the day I know as when we stay we are diving at capenwray about 5 mins down the road.
