Excellent offices, friendly staff, & fair rates set in a beautiful location. Privately owned serviced offices with a real difference. We moved here from Regus and have never looked back, nor looked to move anywhere else!

My wife has had acupuncture here . Good parking but could do with some better lighting on the drive to the main building from the main road turning ! Certainly wouldn't like to walk it ! . So I probably missing some more custom !

Lovely setting and grounds but they need to
be more selective about the businesses they let office space to. Approximately 3 weeks ago I visited Dermis Clinic a business located within Barnham Court. They are a small family business who carry out cosmetic enhancements ie: filler Botox. I had filler under my eyes which was unsuccessful and was put in the wrong place which left me with two white lumps just above my cheek bones (no where near my eyes!). I was concerned immediately and contacted Dermis after a day or so to
Voice my concerns. It took 4 messages over two days for them to even respond to me. I went in for a review yesterday and came out in tears. I was told they would take no responsibility for the procedure as there are no ‘guarantees procedure would work’ I was also told I was not going to get a refund (even though procedure was unsuccessful) and that if i wanted filler dissolved the charge would be £100! I was absolutely gobsmacked - they were basically asking me to pay again for their mistake. He then said ‘but I won’t charge you on this occasion’. I have never been so insulted and received such poor customer service. I was so upset I just left and spoke to the ladies on reception downstairs (who where lovely, professional and supportive). I advised them that when I visited the first time on 23/6/20 this clinic should not have been open. The opening date for non essential medical procedures was Monday 13/7/20, not even beauty procedures such as eyebrow waxing, and dying (all facial) are not allowed. When I arrived in their treatment room (very small), no masks where worn and no hand gel or wipe were offered to me. There was no correct sanitisation carried out. I have raised this with Barnham Court.
