The reception team are great. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Cannot fault them.
The facilities at The Maltings are great and despite being busy, my work environment is relatively quiet and the tech facility worked well.
The Maltings is my productive, empowering, and supportive sanctuary.

Now the negatives....I cannot think of any.....

Our office has been located within this building for almost 3 years and overall we have nothing but positive experiences to report. The building is always clean, there are regular fire tests and we can see that the general building and communal areas are well maintained and safety is a high priority. There are lots of 'break out' areas for times when we need conversations with staff outside of our small office. The building management teams are active in arranging extra events and activities for tenants - from Yoga, to Mental Health workshops to Competitions and General Networking events, with free food & drink. Reception staff are always helpful and polite and react quickly when there have been any problems.

Great location to have communal offices at - a huge car park, gym, showers, coffee shop and use of a communal kitchen. Plenty of meeting rooms for when you need them and having support from a lovely bunch of staff from reception to cleaning has been very helpful. Only downside is depending on where you are in the building mobile phone reception can be poor.

Fantastic office space with awesome facilities (even a coffee shop and gym)! The team are very welcoming and always helpful, even our visitors have given us this feedback which is equally important.

A great place all-round.

We've had our office at Space2B since February 2022, and we absolutely love it here. Our office space is the perfect hub for us to thrive. We love the free Tea & Coffee and the communal kitchen and can't thank Jack & Sophie enough for what they do for us.

If you're looking for a modern office, that will grow with you as your business grows, then Space2B @ The Maltings is the place 2B!

An amazing location, amazing facilities and a beautiful very well presented building. ALL the staff from front of house through to management to include even the ladies who keep the place looking beautiful are wonderful. Cannot recommend this location any more.

I have had an office down here for 2 years now and i love it. The facilities, location and staff are fantastic with free parking 24 hours. I couldn't recommend the offices highly enough.

The staff are welcoming and friendly who are always on hand to help. Very clean building with gym for members and parking allocated space. What more could you ask for. 5 stars for sure!
