Would never never recommend this company. Julian rang me on the day of our move to say he was running late (by at least 3 hours) but could not give me a time. When I complained that it was terrible service as we had to be out of the house by 2 he said " if that's how you feel love then I won't bother at all" and he hung up on me. Left me in tears with no removals. I only gave one star as it won't let me post with zero. Please please don't bother with him. Carters removals saved the day for us and we're so lovely on what was a very stressful day.

Wanted nearly £200 for doing bugger all. I asked for a van to move everything out of my house. They kept asking what was going even though I said countless times every single thing! One of the men was horribly rude and spent the whole day out the front smoking and whinging about anything and everything! They told me if they moved my Tv it would probably smash so I had to move it myself along with everything else they left in my house. I paid for a removal company to help me move and I spent the next 2 days taking trips back and forth to move the remaining things. They broke my cupboards and weren't fussed on getting the job done properly. The guy who winged out the front all day like a child was only happy once I told them to just forget everything else because he was kicking up such a fuss . Would never ever recommend to ANYONE due to the rudeness and lack of effort. I wouldn't hire them again even if it was for FREE.

Paid £245 for a rushed removal ending up with a smashed TV and missing box of jewellery! No compensation given and didn't seam to care! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. Cheapest for a reason!

Julian and his team turned up on time, moved everything carefully and effectivement, worked non-stop until everything was moved, and placed every item where I wanted them. Large and heavy furniture was no problem for them! Cheap and efficient. I highly recommand them :)

Paid £250 for garden plant pots to be removed, with an additional £50 incentive to move the largest ones which they said they would not do as they were too heavy. I return from my holiday to find out they've not brought the majority of the pots as "they didnt have access to the back garden". The owners of the house were on holiday too but made aware people would be around to collect them, along with the back gate having no lock they simply did not bother out of LAZINESS.

Now on the phone they are demanding further payment to collect them. Meaning that we paid £300 for a couple of pots to be moved from one house to another. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

They moved My wife from Upper Tumble to Ammanford and they were very good the job wasn't any hassle they took a few more things for Us and gave her a lift to Ammanford they were nice men did we enjoy Yes we did, would happily use again 👍👍👍👍.
