A brilliant and supportive environment and culture right across the org. As a day-pass guest of the co-lab I benefit massively from the collaborative and friendly staff and members, and witness the incredible support they offer new start businesses and entrepreneurs.

I’ve been based at Welsh ICE for a number of years now and it’s been a essential part of not only my career progression as I go between self-employment and employment, but also in making amazing friends and useful connections. An inviting, relaxed space run by passionate hard-working people and the best co-working community anywhere. (Also, free coffee!!)

Welsh Ice is more than just an office. The moment I walked in, I felt at home. There is a well established community with experts in many fields who are happy to share insights and offer support. The Welsh Ice management team are friendly & professional. They suggest connections, share their vast knowledge and make you welcome. The office is convenient to drive to or travel by train. There is nothing to not love about working here - we have an office space in the Ice Campus - Britannia House and they have set the bar so high! The wifi is great, there is plenty of parking, free tea and coffee facilities, CLEAN kitchen and much more to mention that we don't take full advantage of. The Ice staff are always easy to find and more than happy to help. Coming back from lockdown to such a welcoming community has been a pleasure.
