The Pera Business Park is the perfect location for my business. The facilities here are excellent: onsite cafe, serviced reception, meeting rooms and plenty of free parking for staff and visitors. It's great to share space with such a diverse mix of businesses and the Pera team are so friendly and helpful.

Space Outdoor have been really impressed with the facilities available at Pera Business Park. Meeting and Catering facilities have proven very useful when having clients visit our offices.
The Business Park has also held many networking events which have provided us with new business leads and contacts. The various different office spaces available have allowed us to expand our business as new team members have joined and I would not hesitate to recommend Pera Business Park to any business looking for an office space in the East Midlands.

'Plug and Play' is how I would describe working out of Pera Business Park. We’re a small business and everything we need to operate our business, is here. The professionalism of the Park helps us to punch above our weight, we haven’t got to deal with utility companies, receptionists greet our visitors and there’s lots of free parking. The customer journey is important – so, it’s been good for the reputation of our business and it’s good for our clients.

PERA boasts fantastic on-site facilities and a great team behind it.
A very professional building throughout with a wonderful reception area, ample parking for staff and visitors and great public working / meeting spaces inside.

The PERA team are always extremely helpful to assist and pro-actively think about requirements to continually make a better working environment.
Any rare issues that do crop up are dealt with very quickly.
The office is cleaned daily and highly maintained regularly, always looks good, which helps create a healthy working environment.
Security, health and safety and general well-being are always highly considered.
The outside also has some nice areas to take breaks (weather permitting!)

I started at Pera using the dedicated desk service when I set up my new business. This was perfect for me when I started Sparrow Paraplanning as it gave me a quiet space to work and keep it completely separate from home.

In July this year, as my business has grown and been doing well, I moved into my own office. This is again perfect for me, it has everything I need and the whole place is a lovely environment for working.

All the team at Pera are lovely, they are always really professional and helpful with any queries or if I need anything. I've been really impressed with all of them.

I would definitely recommend Pera for anyone looking for either a dedicated desk or an office of their own. I can't imagine being or even wanting to be anywhere else!

Also, Cafe Mezz is fantastic and the food is fab!

Locating my company at Pera Business Park during the early formative stages has proven to be a great decision. I opened up an office at PERA as we relocated the commercial arm of our business back in February 202 and have to say that the team with Nigel, Leanne, Maria, Marion, Luke and all others have been fantastic. I have been here now for just over six months and already relocated three times as we have grown out of the space.

What has been most impressive is how easy it is to upsize as required and with little impact on the day to day running. It certainly feels like home for us as an organization with the added benefit of a good social area, and Wild Fig catering on site.

Would highly recommend for new start ups, one person or growing businesses.
