Great family butcher with lovely selection of meat, pies, cheeses and much more. We know that they source their meat locally because when visiting the area we stayed at the family run farm who provide their beef. Also noticed when we ate out a couple of times during our stay that this butcher supplies local restaurants who put on their menu where they got their meat from which shows it is known for its quality. Such friendly staff - cannot recommend highly enough

Excellent quality and service. All locally sourced meats and deli. Very friendly staff, if you're not sure about any cuts just ask. I've been using this butcher's for over thirty years .

Best butcher for miles around. Outstanding quality. Steak that falls apart under even a butter knife and melts in the mouth. Pork that crackles perfectly. Mince fit for a king. Chops to die for. Pies that make you glad to be alive. Mustard that makes steam come out of your ears.

We were not disappointed.

Everything from the sausages for our bbq, the ham and cheese for our sandwiches, the bacon for our breakfast and the milk for our tea as well as the pies for our lunch were all, not only great value, but absolutely delicious.

*in contradiction of a fair scientific experiment, we were already pretty elated at our time spent away in Monmouthshire, but are definitely still very pleased to be alive!

Fantastic butcher's and Deli, have been using this local shop for over 30 years. Always top quality local meats including venison, wild boar. Highly recommended. Excellent staff.

Lovely butchers, high quality and price reflects. Best butchers and deli for a real treat in the area. Sausages and bacon are superb.

Fantastic. If I had to name 3 things to try.

Old spot home cured bacon. Bacon as it should be. Cut the rinds off and give them a good blast of heat to make your breakfast complete with crispy rinds alongside sublime bacon.

Air aged sirloin. Cut nice and thick. Sear the fat side then cook as you like it. It just melts.

Dragon sausages WOW!!!

Kept passing this lovely place and meaning to stop so many times. Thankfully I did picked up a few Gloucester old spot sausages... and what can I say delicious. Next time I'm driving through there's more to be tasted.. excellent meat
